US holds UN and ICC hostage

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico InfoAlDesnudo

As the death toll in Gaza reaches over 11,000, the United States (US) continues her unwavering support of Israel’s three war crimes that include collective punishment, ethnic cleansing and genocide, by holding the United Nations (UN) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) hostage. The whole world is shocked as it witnesses the US, the so-called “champion of democracy”, and in broad daylight, doing exactly the very same crimes that she accuses others of doing.

Since the US has the UN and the ICC held hostage, it is imperative to note that every state has the obligation to prosecute anyone who engages in war crimes, under the Geneva Convention. That is to say that the US is obligated, by the Geneva Convention, to prosecute Netanyahu for his war crimes in a US court, but she chooses to help him instead!

The US does, because she is a criminal too. The fact of the matter is that the world considers the US as the biggest threat to peace. The US is in practically every nation’s list of terrorists!

The US has committed crimes against humanity, for example, by having consistently refused to comply with 42 UN resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The US, additionally, is committing her own Nakba since 1898, as two thirds of Puerto Ricans have emigrated from Puerto Rico, and half of those refusing to abandon our homeland, live in poverty!

The world will be forever held hostage, as long as the US remains hegemon. Multipolarity, if we are not destroyed in a nuclear war, will move the world towards democracy.

Only criminals hold the UN and the ICC hostage.
