By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico has been battered by Hurricane United States (US) Imperialism for the past 124 years. That is why almost half of the Boricuas living in our national territory live in poverty, and two thirds of us have abandoned Boriken. Boricuas could successfully deal with hurricanes, if we had our independence.
The US, however, has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity. Moreover, the US has ignored 41 UN resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
The 9 million Boricuas worldwide should therefore engage in permanent resistance to force the US to comply with international law. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/
Expel US colonialism out of Boriken forever!
