She said that she has no academic degrees to say what she says, but that is what she sees. She is, however, right!
The United States Government (USG) classified Puerto Ricans in 1898 as an inferior race. Therefore, the USG created the non-incorporated territory statute to put Puerto Rico in to avoid extending its constitution to Puerto Ricans. Puerto Ricans have been in that category for 120 years now.
Join our permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with the United Nations Charter and its 37 resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
