Can Israel argue “self-defense”?

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

The artificial colonial settler state of Israel will argue for three hours tomorrow at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that it is defending itself from Hamas. The problem with that argument is that Israel does not have the right of self-defense as the occupier of Palestine. Please click on this link to hear it from the top United Nations expert: https://youtu.be/7Rl_zAuxVzc

The Palestinians, on the other hand, do have the right under international law to use all means necessary to decolonize themselves. Therefore, if Israel does not want to be attacked by Palestinians, it needs to comply with international law and decolonize Palestine.

South Africa should easily prevail at the ICJ, because everyone can see that Israel is committing a textbook case of genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine. Everyone can also see that the United States (US) is unconditionally supporting Israel to commit its genocide against Palestinians in their own homeland. Therefore, even if South Africa were to lose, everyone would then know for sure that the US’ unipolar world order is a racket!

The world must then continue to work tirelessly towards de-dollarization, and to create, as soon as possible, a multipolar world order.

The world also has the right, under international law, to use all means necessary to decolonize itself from US colonialism.

We also have the right to self-defense against US colonialism.
