Why burn the police station?

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

About a thousand residents of Milwaukee Wisconsin in the United States (US) burned their community police station. What is behind that?

It involves a racial killing by the police, and people are fighting back! Click on the following links to get the more obvious part of the story: https://youtu.be/eAjUeXTf56s  https://youtu.be/6hXhKwFwjTU

That problem has a history of 5 centuries that may not be so obvious. Since 1492, Western Europeans have been enslaving and killing all of the indigenous people who they have encountered. Although indigenous people may not be aware of all the specifics, they instinctively know that they have been systematically abused for the past 500 years. The US government (USG) has maintained Puerto Rico as it colony for the past 121 years. In doing so, the USG has violated the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism, and has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

All people of good will need to organize to create a new civilization where humanity is at its center. We must, because those who believe that all men were not created equal, have never wanted LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

Decolonize your mind to construct a better civilization.

Jose M Lopez Ismael
