The USG has had Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 124 years. The USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity. Declaring war against corruption is dangerous! You can’t, however, have a real democracy with corruption.
