US white supremacy

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

InfoAlDesnudo

Many United States (US) citizens say that the Confederate flag should be displayed and respected in the US, because it is part of US history. Click on the following link to understand how the Confederate flag came to be: https://youtu.be/Tash7XtDCyM

Flying the Confederate flag in public in the US would be like flying in Germany the Nazi flag in public, because it is part of German history.

The problem with that argument is that those who believe in that ideology, are people who deny other humans being of the same rights that they themselves enjoy. Therefore, you should be able to display your Confederate or Nazi flag in your private property, but it would be totally unacceptable for that person to display these symbols in public places.

No one who respects the Confederate flag should hold any public office in the US. The obvious reason is that he would be incapable of representing 100% of the citizens of his own country.

The fact of the matter is that the US government has never represented freedom and justice for all. Here is another example of that.

The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico 122 years ago to make her its colony. The USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years, and has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

If US citizens want liberty and justice for all, we must make sure that people who don’t, never have political power! www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com

A human rights campion can’t exclude human beings.
