US homeless children at 2.5 million

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

President Joe Biden recently held a summit for democracy. That would suggest that the United States government (USG) supports democracy. Let’s see.

The Peoples’ Republic of China, which the USG accuses of having an authoritative government, has lifted 850 million Chinese citizens out of extreme poverty. That is almost 3 times more than the entire population of the US!

The USG, the so-called beacon of democracy, has, on the other side of the spectrum, today, 2.5 million US homeless children. Do citizens in a real democracy want their children to be homeless? Click on the following link for more:

And yet, the USG has the money to have about 800 military bases around the world.

75% of the US citizens are dissatisfied with our country. That means that we must engage in permanent resistance to make our government represent all the people, like a democracy should.

The USG looks, walks and acts like a plutocracy.

Where’s the evidence of US’ exceptional democracy?
