US hates international law

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

InfoAlDesnudo

The following propaganda film, “Democracy at work in rural Puerto Rico”, was produced in 1940. By then, Puerto Rico had been a United States (US) colony, via a military invasion, for the past 42 years. Puerto Rico, in reality, was and still is instead US imperialism at work. The US government (USG), however, camouflages it behind, “democracy”.

A year before this movie, World War II had begun. Click on the following link to watch that movie: https://youtu.be/NoSjrhd1wIM

128 years later, the USG still has Puerto Rico as its colony. Puerto Rico is the oldest colony in the world. The USG is committing today a crime against humanity by refusing to decolonize Puerto Rico.

Five years after that movie, the United Nations’ (UN) Charter prohibited colonialism, because it represents a threat to world peace. The USG has never complied with the UN Charter since 1945.

The USG has since ignored 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. In order for the USG to hide its long standing criminal record, it avoids ever talking about international law, and substitutes instead a propaganda discourse about “democracy”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

If US democracy is so great, why was the US the epicenter of the coronavirus? If the Peoples Republic of China is so bad, how did she manage to lift out of extreme poverty 850 million Chinese? That is almost 3 times the population of the US!

The US people will have to force our own government to comply with international law. You can’t have justice with double standards. And, you can’t have world peace without justice. We must be able to experience the “justice for all” of the Pledge of Allegiance in our real lives. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

Make justice for all a reality.
