The home of the Brave

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

America was the home of the indigenous people, before the Europeans militarily invaded her. Therefore, this land was not made for Europeans. The United States (US) government (USG) may want to believe it is, but the fact that its national territory was stolen from the indigenous people, means that the USG will always be engulfed in a perpetual crisis. And that is substantiated by the fact that the world regards the USG as its greatest threat to peace! Click on the following link for more:

“America is the land of the free and the home of the Brave.” If Brave means the indigenous people, than that used to be true. If Brave means the invaders, then America has become the land of the Godless and the home of the criminals.

The same thing was done to Puerto Rico 123 years ago. The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her its colony. Puerto Rico is still a US colony!

To achieve that, the USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism since 1945. Are you aware that colonialism is a crime against humanity?

To achieve that, the USG has ignored 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

US citizens of good will need to engage in permanent resistance to force our government to do the right thing. If we don’t, we will always be engulfed in a perpetual crisis.

We must be brave and do what is right!
