South Korea is not a democracy

By José M. López Sierra

South Korea is a colony of the United States (US). Therefore, the US cannot be a democracy either. It has 800 military bases around the world in order to colonize the world. And that is why the world regards the US as the biggest threat to peace. Please click on this link for more: https://youtu.be/YtjBjMhjglk

Puerto Rico holds political elections every 4 years, and most people believe that she is a democracy. The reality, however, is that Puerto Rico has been a US colony for the past 127 years.

Every so often, Puerto Rico holds plebiscites in order to allegedly determine what political status Puerto Ricans want. But in 1898, the US never asked Puerto Ricans whether we wanted to be a US colony. The US unilaterally made that decision, and militarily invaded Puerto Rico. The US now insists that to reverse its colonialism, Puerto Ricans must do that allegedly “democratically”.

The United Nations (UN), however, holds hearing for the decolonization of Puerto Rico every year. The UN does not demand any democratic process to decolonize Puerto Rico. The UN has demanded, via 42 resolutions, that the US immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. And what has been the US’ response? The US has ignored them all, because it is only interested, like in South Korea, in its own imperialism. https://webtv.un.org/en/asset/k1w/k1wb1xdn6i https://webtv.un.org/en/asset/k15/k154ku9q8x

Only an empire demands win – lose relationships, even with its own citizens. While 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens, 38 million Americans live in poverty, and 102 million live from paycheck to paycheck.

Conversely, the People’s Republic of China has already eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population. The US, however, calls China an autocracy.

The US is an upside-down democracy.
