It is, but not in the way that the United States (US) propaganda wants you to believe.

That great lie was also behind US government’s (USG) decision to militarily invade Puerto Rico to make her its colony 123 years ago. The USG has been in violation of the United Nations’ (UN) Charter that prohibits colonialism for the past 76 years. How could the USG govern for 100% of its people? The only way is via a revolution.
The people must force their government to not just represent 1% of them. That will require that the people engage in resistance now, tomorrow and forever.
