It is important to mention that both of these rogue states are artificial colonial settler states that established their nations via the genocide of the indigenous people of North America and Palestine.
Therefore, they have never been democracies, or have they ever respected the rule of law. Thus, nations of the global majority must abandon the United Nations, and establish a real organization for peace elsewhere.
