Genocide by economic sanctions

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

InfoAlDesnudo

The United States (US) government (USG) is using piracy tactics of the past to punish nations that dare to challenge its hegemony.

The USG’s imperial piracy model involves using economic sanctions to artificially create a national crisis designed to harm citizens. The intention is to motivate citizens to go against their own government. Then, the USG uses that as a pretext to militarily invade that nation for humanitarian reasons. The United Nations (UN) has been an accomplice to US imperialism for the past 75 years. The UN has chosen to apply its Charter in a double standard fashion. The UN applies sanctions against USG’s victims, and never applies them against those who commit real crimes against humanity.

That is why the USG has never complied with the UN’s Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism, and why it has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001/

The world needs to realize that the international community is not operating under the rule of law, but rather under the rule of imperial piracy. The 9.2 million Iraqis who were either killed or displaced by the USG since 2003 are more than the total amount of Puerto Ricans living today worldwide!

We need to decolonize our minds to clearly be able to see that the world is heading towards our destruction. People of good will all over the world need to organize in order to save ourselves. We do, because those who commit genocide, don’t want LIBERTY AND JUSTICE for us. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

Imperial piracy used to maintain colonialism forever.
