Dollar marginalization

The United States (US) illegal practice of sanctioning nations that exercise their sovereignty to benefit their own citizens has started the marginalization of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency. Please click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/X8pVAxAC2AQ
Even US allies are helping in the de-dollarization, especially after realizing that the US blew up the Nord Stream pipelines. Soon, the US will not be able to maintain her empire, and democracy would be the beneficiary of that.
Puerto Rico, for example, has been a US colony for the past 125 years. More Puerto Ricans live away from our homeland. About half of those who have refused to abandon our national territory live in poverty!
The US has consistently refused to comply with 41 United Nations’ resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
