We need a new system in the United States (US). A system that could represent 100% of US citizens. A system that is genuinely democratic. A system that, above all, democratizes the work place.

If it’s broken, fix it. Let’s organize, and make the US work for everybody. If it is not for everybody, it isn’t democracy!
