Israel will have to essentially prove before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that the Palestinians have no right, under international law, to use all means necessary to decolonize themselves.
The United Nations’ (UN) secretary general, however, alluded to that very right, the day he said that Hamas’ attack “did not happen in a vacuum”. Israel went insane when he did, because it believes that Palestinians have no right to exist.
I expect that Israel will resort to the same theatrics that it has employed at the UN, in order to try to exonerate itself at the ICJ from its crimes war crimes and crimes against humanity!
Will Israel and the US buy off the ICJ?
