ICC doesn’t see western crimes

Since the United States (US) wanted to provoke a proxy war in Ukraine to cause a regime change in the Russian Federation, both the UN and the ICC entered in fast-track mode to help her. The UN wasted no time in condemning Russia for violating Ukraine’s sovereignty, and the ICC sprinted to issue an arrest warrant for the Russian president.
Why must humanity twist the ICC’s arm to get it to do its job against western nations?
And, why can’t the UN force the US to comply with 42 of its own resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? Or is it just Ukraine’s sovereignty that is important? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
Everybody knows that the US is the biggest threat to peace. And everybody knows that the US’ unipolar world order is structured for US colonialism now, tomorrow and forever!
Humanity however does see and must democratize the world.
