The US has never been about governing a nation for all of her citizens. The US has always governed for her oligarchs. That is why in 1898, the US militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her a US colony.
The US has never been about respecting the rule of law. That is why the US has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity.
