The Peoples’ Republic of China is denouncing energetically the United States government’s (USG) interference in her internal affairs supposedly in the name of “human rights”.
The USG, conversely, has the worst human rights record in the world. That is precisely why the world considers the USG, and not China, as the biggest threat to peace. Click on the following link to watch that video: https://youtu.be/0Z_nAYT16Xs
The USG’s hypocrisy can easily be seen in the case of Puerto Rico. The USG militarily invaded Puerto Rico in 1898 to make her its colony. 47 years later, the United Nations’ (UN) Charter prohibits colonialism, because it is a crime against humanity.
The USG, however, has never complied with the UN Charter of 1945. That is why the USG always prefers to talk about human rights and democracy, and never about international law. The fact of the matter is that the USG is the biggest violator of international law! Here is more proof.
The USG has ignored, thus far, 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. That is why Puerto Rico is today the oldest colony in the world. But, the USG has the audacity to declare to the world that it supports independence for Hong Kong and Taiwan.
