The United States (US) claims to be the champion of democracy, and yet almost 40 million Americans live in poverty today, and another 201 million more live from paycheck to paycheck, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans too. The People’s Republic of China, however, eradicated poverty in 2020, despite having 11 trillion dollars less GDP than the US, and having 4 times the US’ population.
As far as democracy goes, over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with their communist party, while only 35% of Americans are satisfied with their «democracy».
The US governs only for oligarchs.
The US is the champion of oligarchy.
