Why is the US always at war?

The United States (US) is always at war, because it is an empire. It does, however, have democratic characteristics to try to deceive those who are not critical thinkers.
Perpetual wars allow the US government to send taxpayers’ money to the Military Industrial Complex. Both US President Eisenhower in his final farewell speech, and US Major General Smedley Butler in his book WAR IS A RACKET warned us about that. That is why 38 million Americans live in poverty, although the US is the richest nation in the world. That wealth remains in the hands of US oligarchs. 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. Oligarchs could not be happier, but only 33% of US citizens today are satisfied with our government.
The US Empire claims that the People’s Republic of China is a dictatorship. If that were so, how could she have eradicated her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population? And how could 90% of Chinese citizens be satisfied with their government?
Instead of China looking for wars and building military alliances, she has become the factory of the world. The US is jealous!
Contrary to neoliberalism, The US wants to now slap a 27.5% tariff on Chinese electric vehicles, because they are more efficient and cheaper than American. China has beaten the US fairly in neoliberalism, and now the US wants to make up a new set of rules to sabotage China’s miraculous economic growth.
Imperialists are criminals.
