Whose approval rating is better?

Russian citizens are satisfied with their government twice as much as Americans are satisfied with theirs. President Biden has a 42% approval rating, while President Putin has an 83%. President Xi Jinping, however, beats them both with over a 95% approval rating!
How is it possible that the president of the supposed “beacon of democracy” has an “F”, while in supposedly “authoritarian regimes” theirs presidents have a “B” and an “A”?
Is a democracy a real democracy, if the government’s actions are contrary to what her citizens want?
Do you know that the United States (US) government (USG) has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity? The USG is governing for 1% of its citizens. That is why the USG is now willing to risk a nuclear war with Russia to make a lot of money for them.
The USG doesn’t care about its citizens. That was made clear when the US became the epicenter of the coronaries pandemic.
