Who’s the champion of imperialism?

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

Why is it important for the United States (US) to have 800 military bases around the world, and not be concerned about having 38 million of her own citizens living in poverty? Please click on the following link to find out why: https://youtu.be/QUygZa2Eyx4

Do you know that while the US says that the People’s Republic of China is her enemy, she has already eradicated Chinese poverty despite having 4 times the US’ population? Remarkably, however, 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens!

Moreover, most people don’t know that the US has ignored 41 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. This month, the UN will once again hold its annual Puerto Rico decolonization hearing, and again issue yet another similar resolution. Does that sound like the US is the champion of democracy or imperialism? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

Right now, the US wants a war against the Russian Federation and China to make US oligarchs even richer. Unfortunately for the US, both are nuclear power, and 80% of the world would rather live in a new multipolar and democratic world order, than live under US hegemony.

The fact that the US is the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic should have served all Americans as a wakeup call that the US government is not of, by, and for the people.

End US plutocracy!
