Who will reform the UN?

The United Nations (UN) was established in 1945 to, supposedly, try to maintain world peace by removing all threats to it. Colonialism is not only a threat to peace, but also, a crime against humanity! The UN is commencing its “4th International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism”. Why is it taking so long?
In the following video, the consensus of the participants is that the 193 member states must push the UN to fulfill its mission. Click on the following link to watch that video: https://youtu.be/3ojNlGLT-20
The problem with their consensus is that these member states represent only 1% of their citizens. Obviously, it is to their advantage that the UN not fulfill its Charter.
Therefore, it is incumbent on the people in each of these states to engage in permanent resistance to force the UN to reform itself and make good on its mandate. We must, because, as Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” www.TodosUnidosDescolonizarPR.blogspot.com
