Who supports democracy?

The United States (US) talks a lot about being the champion of democracy and human rights, but her actions only support her oligarchs.
The People’s Republic of China, however, talks less about it, but her actions has led to the eradication of her poverty, despite having 4 times the US’ population.

US plutocracy motivated her to militarily invade Puerto Rico 125 years ago to make her a colony. US plutocracy has also motivated her to ignore 42 United Nations resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
