Why is the richest nation in the world delivering the worst health care to her citizens? It does, because the United States (US) is for her wealthiest citizens.

The USG has money for war, but not for health care. War makes the wealthiest wealthier, while universal health care does not.
If you thought that the US represented all of her people, you will need to organize to force the USG to do so.
Plutocracy is the opposite of democracy.
We the people must turn that around!
