The United States (US) government (USG) is not interested in peace, although the United Nations’ headquarters are located there. The USG has the worst human rights record in the world, although it invades other nations to, supposedly, defend “human rights”. And, the USG proclaims itself as the beacon of democracy, although it is the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic. The USG camouflages its true intention.
This is why the USG prefers sanctioning nations that resist its double standard, instead of invoking international law. When the International Criminal Court (ICC) wanted to investigate US war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq, the USG sanctioned the ICC. The USG is the biggest violator of international law!
World peace is impossible as long as a nation unilaterally decides the rules that all nations must follow, while excluding herself from following them. The world regards the USG as the biggest threat to peace. Therefore, we must engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with international law. If we don’t, humanity has its days counted!
