US responsible for PR’s trash

By José M. López Sierra

Is Puerto Rico a floating island of trash? If it is, it is because the United States (US) has made her so. Please click on the following link for more: https://youtu.be/EIzeXvDr8f4

Isn’t is obvious from this video that the US doesn’t care about democracy, human rights and the rule of law?

Why would Puerto Rico engage in political elections, when she has been a US colony for the past 127 years? Puerto Ricans have been brainwashed by the US to believe that via elections is the only way to decolonize ourselves. That, of course, will never happen, because there could never be democracy in a colony! And here is the proof of that.

Two thirds, or 6 million, Puerto Ricans live away from our national territory today, and half of those remaining live in poverty. Is that because of US’ “democracy” or US’ imperialism?

The US has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The US, therefore, is committing a crime against humanity!

Similarly, the US is committing a crime against humanity by unconditionally supporting the genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine, against international law!

The world considers the US as the biggest threat to peace. That’s because the US has decided to spreads garbage around the world, instead of democracy.

US spreads garbage instead of democracy!
