The US can’t be a democracy with only 40% of her citizens satisfied with our government. The US can’t be a democracy by having 50 million Americans living in poverty as of last December, while 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. And, the US can’t be a democracy when she ignores 42 United Nations resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
