This is why the UN has allowed the textbook case of genocide in Gaza to continue. This is why the International Court of Justice’s orders about Israel’s plausibly committing genocide against the Palestinians have not been respected.
The UN will not be able to fulfill its mandate, until the UN’s administration insists that all member states must comply with its Charter.
The US’ “Rules Based Order” is not international law.
The US wants “might makes right” instead of the rule of law!
