If the US values democracy instead of imperialism, why has it consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans?

The world must join BRICS in order to continue to increase the international pressure to force the US to comply with international law. Western oligarchs must be controlled for the sake of humanity!
