The US Congress never makes mention that it is committing a crime against humanity by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony for that past 120 years, and that it has ignored 36 United Nations (UN) resolutions asking it to immediately give Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The purpose of this hearing is for the US government to continue being a terrorist state without global opposition.
Many Puerto Ricans are talking about Puerto Rico is standing up. But for that to really happen, Puerto Ricans must first wake up to the fact that they are a property of the United States government. We must learn our real history independently of the history that is taught in US schools and media, because they are designed to maintain Puerto Rico colonized.
