Is this what a government of, by and for the people should look like?

If the People’s Republic of China has already eradicated poverty at home, despite having 4 times the US’ population, and the US still has 38 million Americans living in poverty, why is the US the champion of democracy?

If 40% of US citizens are satisfied with our government, while over 90% of Chinese are satisfied with theirs, why is the US the champion of democracy?

If 80% of the richest men in the world are US citizens, and the US has ignored 42 United Nations resolutions asking her to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans, why is the US the champion of democracy? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
