US calls imperialism “self-defense”

The United States (US) hypocritically claims “self-defense” in cases of obvious violations to international law. One such example is the US’ recent refusal to condemn the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s illegal bombing of Iran’s embassy in Syria. Another is the US’ claim that Israel’s genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine in their own homeland is, on the contrary, Israel’s right to “self-defense”. The US hypocritically ignores United Nations’ (UN) resolution 51 that clearly gives Iran the right to retaliate in real self-defense against Israel for its illegal bombing of Iran’s embassy. Moreover, the US has consistently and illegally refused to comply with 42 UN’s resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
You can’t twist imperialism into being a real democracy.
