The United Nations (UN) is a United States (US) tool designed solely to maintain its hegemony. Therefore, the majority of nations that seek justice will have to create a new international organization designed explicitly to function in the most democratic manner possible. It will be impossible to reform the UN, because it is controlled by oligarchs who despise democracy. The real democratic nations, which make up about 85% of the world, will be forced to abandon the UN. The rouge states will be the 15% of nations that remain in the UN.
