The United States (US) government (USG) has shocked the world with its criminal handling of the coronavirus. The USG has been committing a crime against humanity, for the past 121 years, by maintaining Puerto Rico as its colony. The USG has never complied with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism. Moreover, the USG has ignored 38 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
