The West’s immunity to international law

By José M. López Sierra

The so-called “Rules Based Order” means that the United States (US), and its allies are immune to their own nation’s constitution and international law. Please click on this link to understand why: https://youtu.be/nG5pX1Zsp-c

Western empires colonized nations all around the world. They, therefore, arrogantly believe that international law applies only to all other nations, but not to themselves.

The artificial colonial settler state of Israel is today committing genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine, with the unconditional support of the US. They still have not yet answered to either the International Criminal Court, or the International Court of Justice. Both of these courts, unsurprisingly, are located in the Dutch Empire. Do you know that the Dutch was the last empire to abolish formal slavery in its colony of Bonaire?

The US has had Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 126 years. The US has consistently ignored 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.

The US and its allies can’t be democracies, if they have immunity to their own constitutions and international law. They are, therefore, outlaws, and incapable of governing for 100% of their citizens.

In the case of the US, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are Americans, 38 million US citizens live in poverty, and 60% live from paycheck to paycheck.

Immunity to international law means also immunity to democracy.
