The US government is above the law

Thomas Jefferson was aware that these threats to democracy were real, and that, “We the People” needed to be vigilant of our government going astray. He made it clear that citizens had the right and obligation, when that happens, to return the government’s focus to representing all of us.

In the case of Puerto Rico, the USG has refused to comply with 38 United Nations resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The USG is committing a crime against humanity under international law by continuing to maintain for the past 121 years Puerto Rico as its colony.
