When the world became a unipolar world for the first time in history in 1990, the United States (US) created the liberal international order. The liberal international order is collapsing, because it is flawed from within. It has nothing to do with democracy and protecting human rights. Therefore, the liberal international order is authoritative, and the new world order is democratic.
Multipolarity is better for democracy.
