The end of US hegemony

By José M. López Sierra – Puerto Rico

Will the United States (US) government (USG) succeed in printing enough money to avoid losing the hegemony that it has enjoyed since World War II? Click on the following link to watch a video that predicts that in 5 years, China and India will be the new world leaders: https://youtu.be/UoQM2-E_ZW4

The USG wrestled Puerto Rico away from Spain in 1898. Spain was losing her control in America at that time. It would, therefore, be smart for Puerto Ricans to use this time to engage in permanent resistance to force the USG to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism, and to comply with its 39 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. http://webtv.un.org/watch/5th-meeting-committee-of-24-special-committee-on-decolonization/6051725003001

Some Puerto Ricans are afraid of our independence after 123 years of US colonialism. They ask, what would we do without the USG?

The USG extracts from Puerto Rico, aside from the many other benefits, 70 billion dollars a year, while investing only 4 billion. Imagine what Puerto Ricans could do with that 70 billion dollars? Do you believe that we would have a 74 billion dollar debt, if we were not a US colony?

The USG will obviously never give us our freedom on its own. We must wrestle that from the USG, like the USG wrestled Puerto Rico from Spain.

Like people say, “There is no such thing as a free lunch.” http://www.todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

We must earn our freedom!
