United States (US) government has increased its censorship to guild its citizens towards its narrative. That means that the USG is not interested in promoting the truth. And without the truth, democracy is impossible!
Most Puerto Ricans living in the US are oblivious to the fact that the United Nations (UN) holds an annual hearing to discuss Puerto Rico decolonization. The so-called “US free press” keeps it a secret.
How many US citizens know that the USG has refused to comply with the UN’s Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism, because it is a crime against humanity?
Moreover, how many US citizens know that the USG has ignored 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans? And yet, the USG says that it supports the independence of Taiwan and Hong Kong! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0
