Talk is cheap

The United States government (USG) says that it is the beacon of democracy. The USG recently held a summit for democracy, and didn’t invite governments it felt were not. The facts, however, say the opposite of what the USG affirms.

The world regards the USG as the biggest threat to peace, as it has over 800 military bases around the world.

The USG does not respect the rule of law. The USG has had Puerto Rico as its colony for the past 123 years, despite that being in violation of the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism. Moreover, the USG has ignored 40 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. The USG is committing a crime against humanity! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otzBslJLbI0

The International Criminal Court (ICC) wants to investigate US war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq. The USG has sanctioned the ICC for it.

The UN rapporteur for torture has recently wrote a book about the USG’s insistence that Julian Assange must be tried for crimes against the US. The rapporteur says, however, that Julian has committed no crimes. The USG has been the one committing crimes against Julian for exposing to the world the criminal behavior of the USG.

Only 13% of US citizens are satisfied with our government. That is a failing grade. 95.5% of the Chinese citizens, however, are satisfied with their government. China was not invited to the USG’s summit. Fortunately for China, she would not have learned anything about democracy from that summit anyway!

If US citizens believe that we are a democracy, it is incumbent on us to force our government to represent the 87% of its people too. https://todosunidosdescolonizarpr.blogspot.com/

Democracy begins with the respect for the rule of law.
