If the United States (US) were a real democracy, Dr. Jill Stein ought to be the next president. Dr. Stein’s platform contains what the majority of US citizens want, and President Biden and Trump have proven that they only govern for US oligarchs. Stein is the only third party candidate with the most possibility of getting elected that wants to dismantle the US Empire. That is what both US Major General Smedley Butler warned us about in his book WAR IS A RACKET, and US President Eisenhower in his farewell speech to the nation.
It is important to mention that the US has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans. 6 million Puerto Ricans have abandoned our national territory, and half of those remaining live in poverty.
And, it is also worth mentioning that 38 million Americans live in poverty, while 9 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. Therefore, if Stein doesn’t become our next president, we could safely conclude that the US is the best so-called “democracy” that money could buy.
The US is a “democracy” without morality.
