The most significant thing that has come out of the hearings at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against the artificial colonial settler state of Israel’s occupation of Palestine is that this so-called “dispute” is instead an illegal aggression by the Zionist Jews against Palestinians for the past 75 years. It is important to note that the ICJ is a western institution. Dr. Ralph Wilde believes that our challenge to Palestinian liberation via international law is “to use the master’s tools to dismantle the master’s house.”
That has also been the case, for example, with Puerto Rico decolonization. The United States has consistently refused to comply with 42 United Nations’ resolutions demanding that it immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
