Is government interested in truly educated citizens?

The United States Government (USG) knows the teachings of Professor Chomsky. However, United States (US) schools are not fomenting truly educated citizens. Obviously, this is being done on purpose!
If the USG were to develop truly educated students, it would not be exclusively representing 1% of its citizens. Moreover, the US would not have been, 91% of the time since she was founded, in wars.
US citizens will need to truly educate themselves to turn up-side-down a government of, by and for the 1%. Obviously, the 1% will not help US citizens to do that!
All people of good will need to work in solidarity to create the minds that will help US citizens achieve a true democracy that represents 100% of the citizens.
