The West likes to teach the rest of the world about the virtues of democracy. But, is exploitation part of democracy?

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) may want to do the same thing to Niger, as it did to Libya. If NATO does, wouldn’t it be doing what it has accused the Russian Federation of doing in Ukraine? Either you defend a nation’s sovereignty, or you don’t!
The United States (US) did not respect the sovereignty of Puerto Rico 125 years ago. The US militarily invaded Puerto Rico to make her a colony.
