Francis Boyle said that the International Criminal Court (ICC), a court established after the ICJ, is a puppet court for the United States (US) and the West. Boyle claims that the ICC has blood on its hand. It is important to note that the ICC fast tracked an arrest warrant against President Putin for his special military operation in Ukraine.
Where are these courts in the cases of the US refusing to comply with numerous United Nations’ resolutions demanding that the US stop its illegal economic blockade again Cuba, and also refusing to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans?
The ICG and the ICC are useless for peace, by their refusal to deliver justice.
