How US media divert PR decolonization discussion

How is it possible that CNN is not aware that the United States (US) government is committing a crime against humanity with Puerto Rico? Why it is not mentioned in this whole article? Isn’t that of the utmost importance in this article’s discussion of its subject matter? Or, is the US media trying to cover up the US government’s 120-year crime?
Puerto Rican historian, Dr. Nelson Rochet Santoro, uncovered what the US media never talks about. He investigated the debate in the US Congress in 1898 about what to do with Puerto Rico after the American – Spanish War. He studied the US Congressional Record. Here is the important discovery that he made!
The US Congress classified Puerto Ricans as belonging to an inferior race. That disqualified Puerto Ricans from ever being integrated into the Union. Congress then legislated to allow it to exploit Puerto Rico forever. Congress created the non-incorporated territory. Puerto Rico, today, is still in this category.

Puerto Rico will never become the 51st state of the Union as long as Puerto Ricans are a majority on our island. The US government’s slow emergency response is its way of getting as many Puerto Ricans to leave their island as possible. That plan is consistent with what Dr. Pedro Albizu Campos said in the 1930’s. He said that the US government was interested in Puerto Rico, and not the Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rico will become a state of the Union as soon as a majority of white Anglo – Saxons could be installed there. Study the history not taught in US schools or published in the US media to understand this plan.
