United States (US) capitalism has refused to comply with the United Nations’ (UN) Charter of 1945 that prohibits colonialism for being a crime against humanity. United States (US) capitalism has ignored 41 UN resolutions asking it to immediately return Puerto Rico’s sovereignty to the Puerto Ricans.
